The 30th release of Dramfool comes from Edinburgh's largest distillery. This Single Grain Whiskey was distilled in 1989 and matured for 30 years in a Bourbon cask until it was bottled at cask strength and chill filtered in 2020 at 48.2% and gave 182 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Clean nose : Warm pine, wood polish, spice blend, nail polish remover, cotton candy, brown sugar, and butterscotch

Pure taste : brown sugar, caramel, plums, plums, cherries, prune juice, cinnamon and caramel apples

Diluted nose : Wood varnish, toffee, caramel, toffee, freshly sanded oak, salted caramel

Diluted Taste : Sweet with rich toffee, toffee, caramel apples, cinnamon, Werther's Originals, brown sugar, dry nutty finish.
