The fourth release in the Bourbon & Rye series is part of a small list of outstanding Irish grain whiskeys on the market. This whiskey's journey began at the Cooley Distillery, where it was distilled and matured for at least 10 years. WD O'Connell has carefully selected the rye cask component to provide an added characteristic - the spiciness of a rye whisky. It complements the vanilla, caramel and honey notes you would expect from an ex-bourbon cask grain whisky.
