Tasting Notes by Daithi O'Connell

Aroma:
Vanilla-dusted sultanas are making a comeback. Tangy currants, candied clementines, oak shavings and crushed malt.

Blocked :
Raspberry and gooseberry, white grapefruit zest and juicy raisins. The spices mingle with the distinct tannin of Pedro Ximenez and the sweetness of dates.

Final:
Toasted oak, roasted hazelnuts and red berries, all balanced with the rich sweetness of Pedro Ximenez.
