Aroma:
Green spices, oak shavings, ripe elderberries: a new era of Irish still flavor.
Blocked :
Pears sprinkled with cardamom, juicy and ripe elderberries, coconut flakes, vanilla and fresh cream. Roasted walnuts, candied pecans and sweet Williams pears.
Final:
Long, pistachios with layers of green spices, poached pear, star anise and elderberry jam.
