Matured for 29 years in an Oloroso Sherry Hogshead cask, it was bottled in 2020 without chill filtration, at 48.1% cask strength and yielded 229 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Nose : Raisins, prunes, figs, blackcurrant, honey, molasses and vine tomatoes.

Taste : Very smooth, lots of dark fruit, dark molasses and cocoa. Long lingering aftertaste.

Diluted nose : Still lots of raisins, prunes and figs. Christmas pudding with red cherries and caramelized molasses.

Reduced taste : Rich dark fruits, cassis, cocoa, caramel, prunes and cherries. This whiskey constantly evolves in the glass.
