Dramfool's 31st release is an Islay Single Malt.

Cola Ali was distilled in a famous distillery in Islay overlooking the Paps of Jura. It consistently produces high quality spirits and is a favorite amongst Islay whiskey aficionados and finished in an Oloroso Hogshead 1st Fill.

Bottled unchilled filtered at 57.3% cask strength, it yielded 192 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Nose : Medicinal notes, caramel, coffee, prunes, figs, menthol.

Taste : Coal tar soap, peat, chocolate medicinal plants, Soot, molasses caramel and liquorice.

Diluted nose : Chocolate, coffee, herbs and peat smoke.

Diluted taste : Very fruity with plums, dark chocolate, coffee, herbal notes, tar soap, sea salt, seaweed. Very sweet and slightly sparkling on the tongue.
