Malt Can Heal, 25 Years Dramfool's 39th release is a Speyside Single Malt distilled at an unnamed distillery in 1995 .

Matured for 25 years in Bourbon casks, it was bottled on September 21, 2020 without filtered cooling and cask strength 51.5% and yielded 267 bottles.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Fruity and herbaceous. Salted lemon and orange zest, pineapple, chrysanthemum tea and Chinese herbalism. Lower notes of sandalwood and salted dried fish lingered behind the topical fruits.

Reduced nose: A few drops of water brought out the floral vanilla and cream that complimented the fresh-cut tropical fruits.

Palate : Soft and viscous with notes of earth, cream and fruit. An explosion of earthy ginger and turmeric before subtle notes of star anise, pandan sugar and citrus oil emerge. Fruity notes of unripened white pineapple, passion fruit and creamy, starchy rice pudding.
