Tasting Notes by Jim McEwan

The color - Amazing amber, orange color

The nose - It opens with nuances of sherry with a hint of toasted hazelnut and orange peel.

This opening continues on woody aromas, caramel, leading to pungent aromas of flowering heather for this whisky.

As it develops, the sweet notes of roasted barley are harmoniously perfected in this perfectly distilled spirit.

Palate - Oloroso flavors in harmony with the spiciness of the bourbon cask deliver a beautifully rich fruity flavor brimming with banana and kiwi fruit.

It is a soft whiskey, balanced for a young spirit, which testifies to the quality of its distillation.

It is a robust young spirit, not dominated by oak, fresh and borrowed from a high quality distillation and the best of Speyside barley.

Certainly a whiskey to share with friends who appreciate the art of distillation and the quality of the barrels.
